3rd “Under the Sky : National Schools Xin Yao Singing and Composition Contest”.
The 3rd Under the Sky National Schools XinYao singing and composition contest, jointly organised by the MOE Use of Mandarin Promotion Committee , LianHeZaoBao, Jurong Junior College, Zen Music Studio, MM2, is officially open to students from Secondary schools, Junior Colleges , Polytechnics and Arts Colleges. Sian Chay Medical Institution is once again a Supporting organisation of the contest.
Sian Chay in supporting the Contest hope that while cultivating their love for traditional culture and arts would at the same time pay personal attention to holistic wellness as healthy development begins from young.
Forward with the Nation, Bonding with the People. Through the contest, we hope to promote the charity work of Sian Chay to the youth in the campuses and share with them the 5 core values of Sian Chay ( Forgiveness, Universal Love, Compassion, Gratitude, Blessing, as expounded by Mr Toh Soon Huat.
Thereby, instilling these values in the youth.
Sian Chay has been focusing charity work with the youth, guiding the youth towards a better tomorrow and appreciating charity and positive energy so that we could understand the rationale of benefiting from the society, giving bacjk to the society.
As a charitable organisation, Sian Chay welcomes the active participation of enthusiastic volunteers. Through this youth contest, we hope more students could become ‘Sian Chay Advocates’ and practice benevolence and do charity work to serve the nation and society, helping the needy , building a harmonious and blissful living.
