81-year old Mr. Kok has been consulting Sian Chay for four years. Mr. Kok suffers from arthralgia. He started coming here on the first day Sian Chay’s Marsiling branch opened. He came for TCM conditioning and acupuncture treatment. He is a loyal fan of Sian Chay Medical Institution. Sian Chay Medical Institution is grateful for the contribution and dedication of our Pioneer Generation. As a Pioneer Generation member, Mr. Kok enjoys free treatment at Sian Chay, including consultation, medication, acupuncture, tuina and cupping.
Chairman of Sian Chay Medical Institution Toh Soon Huat, JP came to the branch and had a friendly conversation with Mr. Kok. Chairman Toh was very touched to learn that Mr. Kok had been seeing Sian Chay for many years. He shared happily, “in fact, you don’t have to wait till you are sick to see the traditional Chinese medicine physician. Traditional Chinese medicine can help people keep healthy and live longer.”. Mr. Kok also said: “we are all very grateful for the convenience with the opening of Sian Chay Medical clinic here. I don’t have to travel far to see a physician. I can also drink tea and read books and magazines here. It’s very comfortable and friendly here.”
