Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple established since 1884 at its present location undergone a reconstruction in 1895. It has a history of over 133 years, even longer than Sian Chay. For these two organizations with more than one century history, they both hold the similar faith, which is to relieve the public from pain and to bring them happiness and wellness.

In 2016, Sian Chay witnessed a year of rapid development and a year of challenges. New branches were opened as planned, bringing Sian Chay’s service within reach of tens of thousands of households, which is definitely a public blessing.
