Greatly appreciate Toh Clan General Association (Singapore) for their kind donation of $10,000 during its 80th Anniversary dinner held on 19th Oct 2019. Mr Toh Sin Chuan, Second Vice Chairman of Toh Clan General Association handed the cheque to Chairman Toh Soon Huat. This donation will help a low income patient to receive free consultation and medicine at Sian Chay Medical Institution. Toh Clan General Association (Singapore) has also previously donated
$5,000 to Sian Chay in 2018
